Flexible Part-Time Contracts: In addition to term-time contracts, Amazon has also unveiled a new flexible part-time contract option. Workers can choose between half-day or full-day shifts, opt for day or night shifts, and decide whether to work on weekends or weekdays only. The minimum commitment for this contract is 80 hours per month.
